Clinton Loaned Campaign $5 million

Democrat Hillary Clinton loaned her campaign $5 million in late January, according to The Associated Press.
More than a dozen other presidential candidates from both parties have also dabbled in self-financing, as the Center reported this week, although Mitt Romney’s $35 million in loans to his campaign dwarfs the entire field.
