Bouncing back from a relatively-slow fundraising month in May, Barack Obama raised $52 million in June, the second-highest monthly total ever for a presidential campaign, The Washington Post reports. The record for the all-time highest monthly haul is also held by Obama for his $55 million raised in February.

John McCain’s campaign will disclose more information on its website about top fundraisers, The Associated Press reports. The move complies with a letter by eight campaign finance watchdog groups sent to both McCain’s and Barack Obama’s campaigns requesting that they identify specific amounts for each fundraiser, rather than the threshold amount. The Obama campaign has yet to respond.
