Donors to Hillary Clinton’s general election campaign are being asked to roll over their contributions to her 2012 Senate election fund, The New York Observer reports. “If we do not hear back from you by August 28, 2008,” the letter assures donors, “we will automatically refund your contribution.”

Former Democratic rivals Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton joined forces in the Big Apple yesterday, netting over $4 million for the Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee, The Associated Press reports. But the presumptive nominee nearly forgot to uphold his part of the bargain: to urge supporters to help Clinton retire her millions in campaign debt.

Top donors to Hillary Clinton are reluctant to get behind presumptive nominee Barack Obama, The Wall Street Journal reports. About 300 “Hillraisers,” who raised at least $100,000 each for Clinton’s campaign, are angry with what they call sexist treatment of Clinton during the primary, and urge Obama to give her a significant role in the general election campaign.

Anti-Barack Obama bloggers are crying foul over Google. A handful of mostly pro-Hillary Clinton blogs hosted on Google’s Blogger service have been marked as potential “spam” blogs and are unable to update, The New York Times reports.
