Republican Ron Paul’s campaign has returned nearly $3,000 in small donations made with stolen credit cards, CBS News reports. This is hardly a blow to the campaign, which made headlines for bringing in more than $4 million on a single day.

The Politico, a Washington-based political newspaper, reports that Lyman is eyeing the weekend of December 15 for a repeat performance of what it dubs “viral e-bundling.”

Republican Mitt Romney has spent more campaign cash than any other presidential candidate, especially in the key states of Iowa and New Hampshire, The Politico, a Washington-based political newspaper, reports. In Iowa and New Hampshire, Romney has spent nearly $5 million, compared with GOP front-runner Rudy Giuliani’s $150,000. (Giuliani’s spending is focused more on Florida, where it tops $1.6 million.) Barack Obama is the biggest spender among Democrats but trails Romney by about $10 million.
