The Washington Post takes a close look at the relationship between Republican John McCain’s campaign and Citizens Against Government Waste.
CAGW, a nonprofit that’s defending McCain’s support for the Air Force’s $40 billion contract with a European company, also has a lobbying arm that supports McCain’s presidential bid. Its PAC has given 20 times more cash to McCain than to any other candidate, according to The Post.
