Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell, a major backer of Democrat Hillary Clinton, privately asked billionaire George Soros to help finance another Michigan primary, Talking Points Memo reports. A spokesperson for Soros confirmed that the exchange took place but said that Soros will not give any money for a new primary.
