The Fund Stops Here

The Democratic-aligned Fund for America is the latest outside group to fold under Barack Obama’s request, and will shut down today, The Washington Post reports.
The Fund raised and distributed about $20 million, collecting hefty donations from wealthy individuals — like producer Steve Bing and philanthropist George Soros — that it sent to various progressive organizations.
